The implementation phase: From project kick-off to introduction
The best way to start with the big realization phase is to run a one-day project kick-off. Here, the required rules will be established: How to work together during the project? When to run the weekly jour fixe? How do you deal with conflicts?
During the project execution, the permanent comparison between the planned and the actual is a must. Demand honesty from your project managers: Will the defined milestones be reached? Is the status green, yellow or even red?
Now it is time to advertise the new software solution within the company. And now is the right moment to make your employees familiar with the new software. Our experienced training team trains all users in a competent manner.
With the acceptance of the last part, the prerequisite for the final handover is given and the warranty period begins.
Day One: Within the running process the latest data from the old system will be transferred to the new software solution, and will be activated.
