The planning phase: Preliminary project, detailed design, detailed planning
The target of the preliminary project is pure information exchange: How could your processes be reflected in the software? Our experts will present the enterprise software Microsoft Dynamics™ in detail to your team, and your project team can address all the questions, suggestions and needs during this phase.
Together both teams will define which solutions are possible and meaningful, and how these solutions could be realized. During this stage, it will also be discussed which areas of interest could be already fully covered by the software and for which areas supplement blocks needs to be programmed.
The detailed design describes the "how" and defines in detail the sub-projects required, the milestones and the individual working packages.
The detailed planning describes what needs to be done by whom and when. Key users will be identified, the firm fixed price replaces the initial approx. cost estimates, results and acceptance criteria will be defined.
For us at Proccess one more topic is not a taboo: the risks. It could be fatal not to speak about what can go wrong and how to deal with such situations - Staff failure, overburdened infrastructure, the budget is not enough… Because:
